Fell asleep early after Sarah’s massaging. Yes, she found
every sore spot and dug in. Today I will brave the wind and rain. Yesterday I
came home after only a few blocks. With winter still bringing cold weather, I
must get out. That’s what warm clothes are for. Later, hot sour soup with
Julia. I’m looking forward to her company. I need to find a new interest. My
mind needs stimulation. It’s too easy to stay home in the comfort zone.
