Calm damp morning. Out in the dark with a flashlight for
slug patrol. Netted three. After a walk and a quick house tour, I’ll go to the
board of supervisors meeting. I’m feeling for Martha since she lost the
election and wondering how Gitlin will behave since he tied with Kathryn. Let’s
get on with the peoples’ business. I may get another short write. I want to
finish the airport angel memory. It was special and saved a few awful days.
