Still not 100% . Darn headaches and lack of energy are
depressing. I do what I say I’ll do and get things done but without joy or
enthusiasm. Today I’ll get an early walk. Strong cold wind is predicted for four
days. The band will be at the senior center and it will be noisy. Noise seems to
wear me out with the effort to hear people who want to tell me their stories.
Maybe it’s time for a hearing test.
