My back wasn’t working well yesterday and medication made me
sleepy. Oh well, the giants won again and that’s about the only positive thing
I can say about the whole day. Today is calm and sunny. The rain was welcome.
It dusted off the leaves and refreshed the trees. Senior center duty today. I
will walk later than usual to save my back for duty. Spasms and pain are not
good companions. I’ve been so well that this setback is discouraging.
