Long deep sleep. Karen’s massage knocked me out! She said I
was depleted and I agreed that my reserves are low and limited. I’ve been short
on patience and quick to feel irritated. Here’s hoping Karen moved it out. It’s
so cool this morning that I turned on the heater. I’ll get out and walk and get
ready for museum duty. It is usually interesting. I like the visitors stories
about their travels. It’s as close as I want to travelling.
