Start out with the dogs to the groomer, then a quick
two-step through Walmart, and on to Safeway. This is my once a month shopping
day while the dogs are busy. I’ll walk later than usual and then the house
needs attention. Kelle will show up on Tuesday for a short visit. I’m mulling
over the course for facilitating conscious aging. I have an energy budget and
am shy about the responsibility. I’m not sure I want to do public
presentations.
